Tachograph Remote Download

vtach is a brand new product designed to help transform mixed fleets across the UK and Europe. vtach allows operators to apply the same working time and drivers' hours rules to all drivers, regardless of the vehicle they are driving. With a familiar tachograph style design and a USB driver Key (sold separately) as each driver's unique identifier, this gives conscientious fleets a simple way to stay safe, compliant and efficient in their operations.

Alongside the monitoring of drive and work time, vtach includes GNSS (GPS) location tracking, speed data and our trusted remote download functionality; bringing together essential compliance and telematics tools in one easy to use product. Having been carefully crafted for easy integration with existing tachograph analysis systems, this gives fleet managers the visibility and control they need to plan effectively, support driver safety and reduce manual admin.

GNSS Location Tracking

You can view the live location of each vehicle based on its GNSS (GPS) data. vtach gives you the real-time data you need to create full journey histories, helping you stay connected with your drivers, vehicles and their goods.

Speed Data

vtach gathers the speed data via the OBD connection to automate drive mode switching. A GNSS only mode is also available if OBD is not present in the vehicle. This gives insights into driver behaviour as well as overall vehicle performance to help you identify potential speeding incidents, encourage safer driving practices and maintain a higher standard of fleet safety.

Remote Download Functionality

Built on our trusted remote download expertise, vtach automatically transfers encrypted driver and vehicle data to your analysis provider or fleet management software. This brings your entire fleet into one system to maintain compliance, reduce manual admin and monitor working time and drivers' hours regardless of the type of vehicle.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day, using a next working day delivery service. Please note some items are shipped from separate warehouses and may take up to 3 working days for delivery.

Orders over £100 (ex VAT) to the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) are delivered free of charge. Orders under £100 (ex VAT) are subject to a delivery charge of £7.95.

Orders shipped to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other areas of the UK outside the mainland are subject to a delivery charge and shipped on a 2-3 working day service.

Returns Policy

If our products fall below the high standards, you expect, please return them within 28 days, and we will happily refund or exchange the goods, provided they are returned as sold, with all the original packaging. Return postage will not be covered by this refund. Please note Sealey products are shipped direct and therefore are subject to a restocking charge of 20% if goods are returned.

Procedure For Returns

1. Call us on 0114 221 2000, quote the delivery note number at the top right of your delivery note and state whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
