Tacho2Safe All-In-One Digital Download Solution Update

Your Tacho2Safe analysis device may need an update to work with the latest Smart2 tacho heads.

Tacho2Safe devices with a serial number that is higher than 274000, will receive the update free of charge. Devices with serial numbers 279000 and above have G2V2 already installed so there is no need for an update.

If your unit does not meet either of these criteria, you will need to pay for the update in order for your Tacho2Safe device to work with Smart2 tachographs. The RRP for the update is €69 however using our code DIGITAL2024 will give you a 13% discount.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day, using a next working day delivery service. Please note some items are shipped from separate warehouses and may take up to 3 working days for delivery.

Orders over £85 (ex VAT) to the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) are delivered free of charge. Orders under £85 (ex VAT) are subject to a delivery charge of £7.95.

Orders shipped to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other areas of the UK outside the mainland are subject to a delivery charge and shipped on a 2-3 working day service.

Returns Policy

If our products fall below the high standards, you expect, please return them within 28 days, and we will happily refund or exchange the goods, provided they are returned as sold, with all the original packaging. Return postage will not be covered by this refund. Please note Sealey products are shipped direct and therefore are subject to a restocking charge of 20% if goods are returned.

1. Call us on 0114 221 2000, quote the delivery note number at the top right of your delivery note and state whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
