CMR Consignment Notes - 4 Part - 100 sets per pack

The CMR is a consignment note with a standard set of transport and liability conditions, which replaces individual business terms and conditions. It confirms that the carrier (i.e. the road haulage company) has received the goods and that a contract of carriage exists between the trader and the carrier. Unlike a bill of lading, a CMR is not a document of title nor a declaration, although some states regard it as such. It does not necessarily give its holder and/or the carrier rights of ownership or possession of the goods, although some insurance is included.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day, using a next working day delivery service. Please note some items are shipped from separate warehouses and may take up to 3 working days for delivery.

Orders over £85 (ex VAT) to the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) are delivered free of charge. Orders under £85 (ex VAT) are subject to a delivery charge of £7.95.

Orders shipped to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other areas of the UK outside the mainland are subject to a delivery charge and shipped on a 2-3 working day service.

Returns Policy

If our products fall below the high standards, you expect, please return them within 28 days, and we will happily refund or exchange the goods, provided they are returned as sold, with all the original packaging. Return postage will not be covered by this refund. Please note Sealey products are shipped direct and therefore are subject to a restocking charge of 20% if goods are returned.

Procedure For Returns

1. Call us on 0114 221 2000, quote the delivery note number at the top right of your delivery note and state whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
